30th Anniversary card for Parents

Hello All,

Yesterday my parents celebrated their 30th Wedding Anniversary. I whipped a quick card for them in the last moment.

Sometime back I bought some mixed lot of Echo Park Papers from Ujjwal but never got a chance to put them to real use.

I decided to show the beauty of those papers and this how the card turned out to be...


Initially I did not add the bow to the card... but then I realized that 30th is a Pearl wedding anniversary and my card must a pearl on it... so i added this bow with a pearl on it....

New Card!!

Hey All !!!

These days sleep has become a distant dream for me... something or the other is keeping me awake till wee hours of the night and am using that time to craft !!!. Well that gives me immense pleasure and helps me to relax ....

Now after all the ramblings, here is the card I made yesterday:

I paper pieced a digi and coloured it with Faber Castell Water colour pencils( see how much I love them :-D )

I put some dots for pollen dust with Hobby Ideas 3d Outliners...and added some pearls and a ribbon bow to finish it

One of the center flowers is popped up with a double sided tape ... just to add some dimension to the card....Can you can make that out from this image?

Anniversary card

Hello All !!!

This is another simple card that I made. I used Echo Park Pattern Paper and the image is a digi(Source :BirdsCards) I coloured it with Faber Castell water colour pencils and I just love the effect.

I did make a few mistakes, like the scalloped circle is bigger than the actual card and the cutting is also not even... will definitely improve...
